Geriatric Speed-Dating was brought to life because we wanted to raise awareness to show people that the elderly are still hilarious, engaging, and fun-loving people. Just because they are old doesn't mean they aren't worthy of your time and attention!

Why bring awareness to this?
Jamie Halpin, the Producer looks after his Grandfather part-time. He has Dementia with Lewy Bodies and Parkinson's. As well as this his Wife (Jamie's Grand Mother) has recently died. After that horrible time in their lives, it showed Jamie how older people are shut out and just left to their own devices.
Vision
This humorous film incorporates the Elderly and illnesses associated with the elderly such as Alzheimer's. The Vision for this film is to raise awareness on this subject. As well as this Evie Elliott (The Director and Writer) wants the viewer to have a laugh as well watching this.
